We were in Trinoma hoping to watch the Transformer 3 movie but we failed to get a ticket due to the fully booked schedule. The huge volume of people in the area made me feel so dizzy that we decided to check out the basement.
Indeed there were very few people there. We saw this dessert shop called Parvati which essentially brokers home-made desserts from different bakers and pattiserie. As the treats are individually packed, you do have the option to dine in or take them home. Only benefit of tasting the sweets at their spot is that they offer free brewed coffee for their customers. We tried out 3 of the perhaps 80+ selection of home-made treats and since each treat came from a different maker, we felt that each one deserve its own review.

The consistency of the revel bar was just right, not too soft, not too dry. The chocolate was not so full though but eating it with coffee on the side enhanced its flavor. The walnuts on top gave it a positively different texture since I usually encounter revel bars with cashew on top. Perhaps, I just was not too fascinated with this one.

This revel bar has the same consistency as brownies. They're not crunchy or soggy but just right. As Anne said above, the flavor is nothing to be excited about but pair it with coffee and you have an excellent desert in your hand.
This is actually only the 2nd revel bar I've tasted. The first one was Anne's own revel bar and this can't even compete.
He rates: 2.5/5 (w/o coffee) 4/5 (with coffee)
