Here's the second plate of sweets we've tried out at Parvati, the mini brazos. It's basically the classic rolled cake with egg custard filling made into bite-size pieces.

The mini brazos are so cute. It has the same old taste of brazo de mercedes from Goldilock's but with a fuller taste from every bite-sized pieces. The custard filling was really pronounced... so creamy with just the right amount of sweetness.

This mini brazos are amazing! It gives you the whole experience of eating brazzo de mercedes without having to cut up the cake in a certain way. You can taste the soft mallow-like outer cake with the sweet innermost cream at the same time without worrying of the proportions were right. The proportions are always right! You can't go wrong with this. Except maybe the price but it's worth it!
